By accessing or using Wave Decoder (the “Service”), operated by Garden Shed Clay LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Wave Decoder is a browser-based shortwave radio signal decoding, monitoring, and reception-reporting tool. It provides audio analysis, signal classification, propagation visualization, and reception logging for amateur and hobbyist radio operators. The Service is provided for lawful, educational, and hobby use only.

You must create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds, if any, are handled at our sole discretion.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to intercept communications you are not legally permitted to receive; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s source or underlying models; (c) overload, disable, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; (d) share your account or resell access; or (e) use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws, including radio-interception and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.

The reception logs, station entries, and operator details you create are stored in your own isolated workspace and are not visible to other users. We do not claim ownership of your content; you retain your rights to it. You may export or delete your data at any time. We may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate operational record-keeping.

The Service, including its software, design, and compiled models, is owned by Garden Shed Clay LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Reference broadcast-schedule data is sourced from third-party providers and used under their respective terms. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology beyond the limited right to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that signal decoding, classification, propagation estimates, or station identification will be accurate, complete, or available at all times. Radio reception depends on equipment, location, and conditions beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden Shed Clay LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or reception reports, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Garden Shed Clay LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
